One of the sites you listed, http://www.realclimate.org, is run by some noted climate scientists. It has just created a “Wiki” (like Wikipedia) on their site for answers to the arguments and theories of climate change skeptics. Look for it as “RC Wiki” on the top bar of Realclimate’s home page.
The RC Wiki lists a number of climate issues (e.g. Why does the paloeclimate record show CO2 increases lagging rather than leading temperature increases? And, Has the climate been cooling since the 1990s?). They also have a long list of climate skeptics with their ideas, and other resources. Links take you to past Realclimate articles and to other websites for answers to the climate skeptics’ arguments.
